I loved my Ford and Toyota. GM used be a one of my favorite brands until it became Government Motors... never again.

Haven't had one for the past 40 years. I'm not buying a car company, only a car. A car company cannot meet my requirements; a particular vehicle may be able to. So, no partiality to companies, only to particular model that meets my specs.

Was Buick, but they don't make anything I like anymore. Maybe a Pontiac, oh, they don't make those anymore either. Well, I would like another Olds 98, oh, yea, they don't make those anymore either. I do like the Dodge Charger, even though is isn't really a Charger. And there is the Dodge Challenger and the Chrysler 300.

I've bought four Fords and four of other makes. Each vehicle was better than its predecessor except for the second Ford. Took me a long time to buy that third Ford (about 20 years) but that one met an untimely demise. I was back to shopping five months later and decided to stick with what I had before. (Couldn't get a vehicle with a rear backup camera or a hybrid the second time.)

GM. But I'm absolutely in love with the looks of Aston Martin. If it drives as well as it looks, that could become my new favorite.
