Hi Bucky, You sent me a message yesterday. The station on Hamilton Rd and Meadowlily is spelled "Encore" on their signs. There's pictures of it in GasBuddy and I just drove by it again to confirm. I hope this helps. Dale

Hello Buddy!

Part 2, it matters not if there is a sign or not as there is a legal and binding contract and we have to use the F S name in all cases. We have owned and operated this site for almost 30 years and it has only been the two times with this issue which we CANNOT afford to go to court again because of it. This could cost us our business, our health and our finances if we are pulled into court again by something that we did not do. I understand your point but a legal contract is at issue and nobody wins if this is pursued any further. I hope that you can understand our position as no one can afford what it could cost all of us involved if they take it to court again. Please just leave it alone. Thanks for your understanding, OGW.
